I listened to the clip 5 times before I could almost understand what the moron was mumbling. It sounds like he says at the in the last part "..itsa simsurd situation.." I kid you not. I infer that he meant to say "It is an absurd insinuation.." I dare any one to tell me that is close to what he said. What an asshole. Thanks a lot Felonious Five for selecting this Moron to protect us.

4. He's A Drunk Mush-Mouth

I *rarely* get drunk... but when I do, I start to slur my words as well. My tongue feels "fat" and my lips won't form the sounds I want them to. Words with "B" or "M" or "S" or "P" are hard to enunciate without blurring the sounds together... JUST LIKE DUBYA!

HE'S A BLITHERING DRUNK! (That's not an arrogant "swagger" it's a alcoholic "stagger".)
