Apparently Al Gore was the President in 1990
I was watching the Weakest Link earlier today when something unbelievable happened.

The question was "Who was the president in 1990?". The person answering, after taking some time to think about it, answered "Gore".

Sometimes I think there is no hope for this country...

4. You Think That's Bad?
I caught a show on NBC late night this weekend called Dog Eat Dog where the beautiful people contestants had to answer questions and do stupid tasks - or fall into a vat of water.

Anyway, the question was: what was the name of the leader of the Soviet Union who promoted the ideas of perestroika and glasnost?

The answer - delivered by the brainiac babe to whom the question was posed - was...BIN LADEN!!!!

I'm not making this up!
