10. The Saudis are tired of being the scapegoat

and protecting Bush, who treats them as vassals. I understand that a few of the princes (there are at least 4,000) who were not part of the government, but nonetheless stinking rich, were implicated, and have since become the victims of accidents and suicides. I imagine that the Saudis believe that Americans will appreciate that they are taking care of business with regard to 9/11. I probably would.
