Non-misadministration reports on next likely terrorist attack in US?

I was talking with my neighbor today, explaining to her how we really are not any safer with Saddam in custody, & got into telling her about how over 90% of the cargo containers coming into US ports aren't checked, bushco isn't giving nearly enough funding for first responders, etc. She asked me where I thought the next terrorist attack in this country would take place.

My first instinct is that a port city is very likely, but I've been trying to find a report or article from a reputable (non-repuke) source to give her so that she can come to her own conclusions. I must not be googling with the right words, because I can't seem to find anything like what I'm looking for. Can anybody help?

1. Look for Hart or Rudman

they both came to the same conclusion and the articles were even in the NYT, or just give her a copy of Carville's book, it is chokeful with info
