Doesn't anyone care about 9/11 anymore?
You know the old saying, "You can lead a horse to water, but you cant' make him drink?" Well, that's partially true, but not entirely.

Everyone seems to be really interested in what people like Dan Rather and Peter Jennings, and even Keith Olberman have to say on the subject. But any wise person must know how manipulated we are by the media. We simply are NOT going to get the truth from the major media outlets.

I have tried to clue you in on the real scoop, but so far have been met with a complete lack of interest.

If 9/11 ever meant anything to you, and you REALLY want to know about the shocking events that led to 9/11, then you must hit this website...www.unansweredquestions.org.

1. Not freepers.
Most of them don't even know who caused it. They think it was Saddam.

Disrespectful pricks.

6. What you said is what is scary about our country. Our rights
are being taken away and only a handful of us care. Everyone else is benign to the facts. Our government is involved in conspiracies at the highest level, and most people don't believe it. They would rather buy into the jingoistic baloney that the government is feeding us. It is because of the complacency of this country, as a whole, that encourage Bushco to do the unbelieveable things they are doing to us.

One of these days we are going to wake up and we will find that we will need papers to present to officials to prove that we are going where we say we are going.

3. No. The legend of 9/11 must continue to serve it's purpose
We were victims of a horrible "act of war," that fateful day...

Woe is us, be afraid. But do not give up all hope. To be in Bush's hands, is to be cradled by almighty God himself.

Turn on the television. Go shopping. Stop asking questions.

7. Not hardly. It is a gathering of independent freelance writers,
who cover politics, that feel duty bound to uncover the truth. They realize that the story of 9/11 is perhaps one of the most incriminating stories of our time.

8. I've seen that site before
and it does have a lot of good info. I like http://infowars.com/ The man who runs it is named Alex Jones and he has compiled an amazing amount of information. He's also very busy -- he has a radio show 5 days a week, makes videos and, of course, maintains his websites. I don't agree with everything Alex says, but a more rabid Bush hater you will not find!

10. Bush forgot the 9/11 Angels, but not me.
Bush forgot 9/11, but not me. Was I the only one who could see thru Bush's lies, from the beginning, finally people are agreeing with me.When Bush said there were Weapons of Mass Destuction, I said he was lying and ends up I was right. Bush thought he was Houdini, and thought people didn't notice Osama morph into Saddam, but I seen thru his lies. I am angry he disregarded the 9/11 Angels, for OIL, Greed, Haliburton, Cheney, and all his Right Wing Cronies. Barbera Bush said the candidates for President are a sorry sight, but I say her son is the sorry sight.

12. I'm Amazed how little people care ...
I talk about 9-11 all the time but everyone thinks I am crazy. I am really angry about this. When I ask them for their version of events, they just stammer and accept the party line. When I say, "Where are the black boxes, where are the cockpit recorders, how did four guys with box cutters overpower a plane of people, why did Bush just sit there like an idiot?", these people just assume that the official version of events is right. As far as I can see, given how little we know, how little info has been released by the Bush admin, it makes sense that at the very least there was negligence and a cover-up --- at the very least.

Yet when I say this my colleagues laugh at me. I am a law professor and I can't believe that these people are scholars but accept everything their government says. So now I say, What about Iran-Contra, Watergate, JFK, Gulf of Tonkin -- those were REAL consipracies, so don't say that I am crazy for thinking there is a conspiracy here.

Slowly, over a two year period, I have convinced my parents and my girlfriend that I am right. I'm glad for people like you guys to remind me I am not alone.

15. I nearly went crazy
trying to convince everyone of the truth...

Now it seems like a mojority of the people I know are at least aware that the government is lying about it... one has to be willfully ignorant not to see it

deep deep denial is what keeps this country together

17. You are right
I am working at a university, too (doing a PhD), among intelligent people. I managed to convince one colleague more or less, and very few other people. But others, very able and critical otherwise, are simply not interested. To them everything that differs from the official version is "conspiracy theory = evil".

20. I started telling people from day one, and boy did I get
slammed, even by my wife who took great offense at the idea that our own government could even think about being involved in something like 9-11. Now, she screams at the idiots on tv more than I do.

Believing in what happened on 9-11 is like religion. There are many who would feel totally lost if they couldn't believe what the government tells them. It's a form of denial. Even when you show them "proof", like how that wall at the Pentagon was still there after it was struck, until the fires brought it down twenty minutes later.

The people who scream about people not believing the government are the same people who keep saying our "morals" are under direct attack. They just want to stick their heads in the sand and hope everything turns out all right.

13. America's own Reichstag Fire will not be revealed until...
The people march on Washington and DEMAND it.

Now, more than ever before in American history, is the time for true patriots to finally complete their Independence.

You're supposed to have a President - first among "equals - not a King.

14. Most of us here already have that info
Most of us know about that site, and the other sites, like this one:

http://www.cooperativeresearch.org/timeline/index.html

You're preaching to the choir here. We all care. We've cared for two years solid. Many of us (like me) live in NYC. So yes, we care. But we already know too much.

19. When I read the timelines on
cooperativeresearch.org, I was saddened because I realized how much we are being lied to. I grew up with a healthy distrust of the government (my dad was a socialist), but the feeling I got when I realized that everything he said over the years was right was overwhelming. He died in 1998 and while I am sad that he isn't here, I am glad that he wasn't a witness to the coup and 9/11.

As the second youngest in a family of eight, I didn't think anyone else in my family was influenced by him until I told my sisters, mom, and younger brother, "You know the government was behind 9/11, don't you?" Hell yes! was the resounding reply. It made me feel better that I wasn't alone, and yes, he would be proud of all of us!

18. We know there's something fishy going on, but..
Most have been indoctrinated by FAUX and the Propaganda Min. to think that "LIHOP" and "MIHOP" are crazy black-helicopter stuff.
Any person of "good sense" KNOWS that Saddam Hussein was behind it, the TV says so...Must TRUST TV...TV keeps us warm and is our friend in this cold world...Trust TV...

We may know the truth someday, but I say it won't be until all the perps have gone to their dirt naps.
