Need information about the association of Rummy and Saddam

Do any of you know of or have comprehensive information regarding the U.S. under Reagan and Bush #1 arming Saddam? Chemical weapons sales? Bio weapons sales? Generally, any info showing the business association we had with Saddam under Reagan and Bush#1
