Saddam's trial and the gassing of the Kurds
It's hard to tell what is fact and what is propaganda regarding the gassing of the Kurds in Halabja, but isn't there a CIA report that claims evidence that the gas that killed the Kurds was Iranian? Won't this come out during Saddam's trial? Will someone from the CIA be forced under oath to acknowledge whether this is true or not? Will the Bush administration force this revelation to be sealed for reasons of "national security"? How would people react if this gets out and the oft-repeated assertion that Saddam "gassed his own people" is proven to be false in his trial?
