1. Post-Gore, Too
Although SUSA uses suspect methodology.

This is really going to be a tight race, IMO.

4. LOL!
One thing I'm going to find really interesting is to see if both Clark and Dean air radio spots on Spanish-language stations with each of them speaking Spanish.

As of yesterday and today, Dean has stronger support from the Latino national establishment, although Clark has some damn good regional endorsements.

7. Dean aired Spanish language ads in Arizona a few months ago
he's running new ads there now (through the day of the primary) but i'm not sure if they're in Spanish, and if so whether Dean's the one speaking it.

8. Well Good for Him!
It would be shameful for any candidate to take Latino support for granted.

9. Clark leads among Hispanics
A poll conducated a while ago broke down candidate support demographically and found that Clark led among Hispanics, Westerners, and the young.

5. You know it - we'll take it
Don't be jealous...none of the luster has worn off Al Bore's endorsement (ahem).

11. Am I incorrect, or wasn't Lieberman leading not long ago in AZ?
If my memory is correct - then this is a very big change and shows some large momentum behind both Dean and Clark.

12. you are correct
there's been a very strong nationwide trend… the more people get to know the other candidates the less they like Lieberman.

13. Dean in Las Cruces, NM tonight. Clark opened office here on Monday...
Edited on Tue Dec-16-03 09:50 PM by Gloria
local paper quoted an Army Reserve guy who is a volunteer praising Clark because of his extensive military career. Article also says that Clark's stands on social issues like affirm. action should generate support in NM, because of the majority minority population (weird, but true I guess)

With White Sands Missile Range, Ft.Bliss (tx), Holloman AF Base and NASA all in this part of the state, I sure hope Clark does well here! I will be volunteering to help "make it so."
