Bush was already getting credit for removing Saddam

The debate has not changed one bit. The dems were already answering questions like "don't you think Iraq is better without Saddam", and Bush was already bragging about taking him out.

And no one was holding it against him that Saddam hadn't been caught. Kerry has a line where he includes Saddam in a list of things Bush can't find, but that's it, and in retrospect that line now seems very foolish. It makes it look like that's what the criticism of the war is about, which it's not.

piece of information that comes down, including what Saddam had for lunch on a given day.

On the Reuters headlines on theYahoo page, all nine headlines are dealing with Saddam--one with Powell's prostate operation and the picture is of a laughing, smiling, bragging Bush.

2. BUt his approval rating is up less than 5 points! Ha Ha Ha

He got the same boost for the fake turkey stunt, then in a few weeks it was all but forgotten. This adminstration is toast in November! What is better is the more stunts they seem to pull, the worse they are doing. People are wising up and they will not be the fools that this administration is depending on!
