Strom Thurmond's illigitimate black daughter.
It's been rumored for decades.

I just happened upon the local news, which I never watch. They're running a story that 78 year-old Essie May Washington-Williams of Los Angeles is coming out with proof that she is the daughter of Thurmond and his former housekeeper.

The station interviewed a local dumbstruck (dumbass) pug pol (One of our fine Confederate leaders. What, you thought the War Between the States was over? Ha! Silly you.). This jackass said he about choked on his peanut butter sandwich when he heard. They did a couple of Bubba-on-the-street interviews, with predictable results: "She just wants money."
