The Independent Weekly here in North Carolina was raving about it saying that the showing they had brought in about 500 more people than they expected.

I'm really curious about this. Details???

1. Well, another take on the same thing...
If you've spent any time on these boards, or read Franken or Moore's recent books, a lot of the content will not be news.

It is a pretty good encapsulation of the deception that led up to the Iraq war, and it does gain some credibility by NOT having a voice-over announcer spinning the facts. The "expert" testimony is allowed to speak for itself.

They do use a number of tricky "dissolves" when editing that conceal some edits, which has an impact on credibility for some...

"It's clear from reviewing these documents that Bush ignored warnings about the 911 plot" -- that's not an actual quote, but sort of the method. The case could be made that the edit removes the word "never" or links two completely different lines of questioning.

I ordered mine LONG ago, and it never showed up, so I went to one of these events on Sunday, and my copy finally showed up yesterday. Oh well.

2. It is very good
and the masses who get their "news" from corporate media will be in for a shock. A nice compilation of interviews. Got mine the other day and intend to lend it out often. There is a big showing of this movie planned tomorrow in my (small) city.
