John Rowland, the country's most corrupt Govenor

HARTFORD (AP) -- Gov. John G. Rowland acknowledged Friday that a state contractor and friends, including some mentioned in a federal investigation of corruption in his administration, paid for work on his summer home.

Rowland's admission, released in a written statement to the media, came 10 days after he insisted he alone had paid for improvements on the house at Bantam Lake.

Once again, if this guy was a Democrat we would be seeing wall to wall national coverage on this but, since he isnt, we dont.

For those not up on his escapades, this is just one story of corruption out of many.

Our liberal talk show host was calling for his resignation. I guess the state repugs might ask for it this weekend. Most people in this state have no idea what he is doing and sadly don't care!
