Ed Koch can go (expletive) himself
on Scarborough Country he says he considers himself a good Democrat and so he plans to vote for Bush.

he then went on to attack Gore and everyone else complaining about the Patriot Act.

1. Koch is No Democrat
Koch hasn't been a Democrat for years. I wonder where he gets the nerve to say he is.

..Zell Miller, Chris Matthews, etc. Its a neverending fraud perpetrated on an unsuspecting public.

4. Biden and Feinstein have said the Patriot Act criticism is overboard.
Even Russ Feingold who was the only member of the Senate to vote against the Patriot Act, said he supports "90 percent" of its provisions and believes the rest are "fixable."

Do we read Feingold out of the party with Koch ?

Sometimes I think if every democrat was dealt with as some on Du wish, the party could fit in a single circus tent.

5. Umm, look, sorry
Any Democrat that says they plan to vote for Bush at this point deserves to be kicked out of the party. I could have understood though not liked a Dem supporting Dole, even Reagan, though I knew some then and really thought they needed to buy a vowel or something. Bush though is a whole different kettle of fish.

If you vote for this clown you are either the kind of Repub who will never vote otherwise or an idiot. I don't think we need either one of those in the party sorry.

6. A line MUST be drawn at SOME point!?
Hello? Saying you will vote for Bush in 2004 pretty much SEALS THE DEAL that you don't belong in the Democratic Party. I don't care what other issues you support. Bush stands for everything a Democrat should be against.

7. Ya know that's another thing
Joe Biden? Are you kidding me? The man is a menace and yes, we need to boot his narrow little butt so far out of the party he lands on H. Ross Perots doorstep.

8. Old news
He said that months ago.

He was a terrible mayor, worse than Giuliani on some issues.
