8. What a PR flop

Why the White House made this announcement I cannot fathom. It is our money, so I think we can pick whoever we want to award a contract to. But why make a public announcement over the countries we're excluding? Jesus, what an arrogant administration. You'd think we'd give Canada a shot at the contracts, after all, their troops have been risking their lives in Afghanistan.
