Gore for Supreme Court?
I wonder if Gore got a shot at the Supreme Court by endorsing Dean? He'd be a good choice, and it would be wonderfully ironic.

3. I think it would be hard for the GOP to vote against him
They might not like it, but I think they'd have to acknowledge his statesmanship and vote him in.

doncha? Am I wrong? I know he was a journalist, but does he have a law degree?
