Dem. candidates should follow Sharpton's example (on CNN)

Note he did not "bash' anyone. Disagree, yes, but said the main job was to defeat Bush. I like him. But I don't think he can win the primaries. Sharpton will help us and should have influence in Boston. He deserves it. He will help register voters. Right now he looks like a good Democrat. I'm torn between Clark and Dean.

1. I never thought I'd say this about Sharpton

but he is really turning into a class act. He's been so divisive in previous years that I've never held out much hope for him, but he has really been a welcome voice in this batch of candidates.

3. Sharpton for Press Secretary!

Other than Dean in the White House, the idea of Al Sharpton "telling the people how it is" makes me giddy. Honestly Sharpton loves media attention and the man can throw out catchy one-liners like no bodies business. People would actually enjoy it when the an announcement from the White House breaks into their favorite TV shows. I like Sharpton and he is a class act!

I've seen way too many negative posts bashing Gore's endorsement and implying that Gore is trying to re-elect Bush.
