1. Tucker is such a child...he was trying to 'chide' Begala on focusing
on something so trivial as a turkey when Shrubbie risked his life *cough* to go to Baghdad and boost morale *cough cough*

They just don't get it...it's the LIES stupid...

3. What sickened me was...
...Tucker saying, "Sure it was staged... and what's wrong with that?"

When our journalists (using the term loosely) are happy to report obviously staged events as if they were important news items, we are truly lost. Thank god Tucker isn't anything resembling a journalist (even using the term really really really really loosely)

let a dem get away with it...

This is as bad or worse than "mission accomplished" -- a fake

6. The more I think about Bush serving fake turkey...
the more it all fits...he's just a big fake...

To quote Michael Moore: "A fictitious President".

It is so in-character it is poetic.

"Hey troops, you risked your lives to make me look
good, well here's a big fake turkey".

12. A "decorative turkey" is an interesting metaphor for the Bush presidency.
I believe that I am going to find this useful.

Change the tone in Washington? That was just a decorative turkey.

The tax cut? That was just a decorative turkey.

Leave no child behind? That was just a decorative turkey.

The war on terror? That was just a decorative turkey.

Cracking down on corporate fraud? That was just a decorative turkey.

Iraq's WMD? That was just a decorative turkey.

Prescription drug benefit? That was just a decorative turkey.
