How many SC justices support Roe v Wade currently?
I have been searching websites trying to determine which justices are in support of a woman's right to choose and the justices that are not. Here is what I came up with.

Scalia, Thomas, Rehnquist are definitely anti choice.

O'Connor, Souter, Stevens, Ginsburg, and Breyer are pro choice.

I'm not sure about Anthony Kennedy. I have seen some websites that said that he supports the principles in Roe V Wade, but didn't he vote against overturning the Nebraska ban on PB abortion? I've seen conflicting information on Kennedy.

If Kennedy is pro-choice, then wouldn't we hold a 6-3 advantage right now instead of a 5-4? Do you folks know if Kennedy is pro choice or anti choice?

1. Won't be an issue for a while
Casey was decided in '92. I doubt the Court will re-visit the issue for at least another ten years. 20 to 25-year cycles is how these things usually work.

2. Kennedy is anti-choice
That's why the next S.C. pick, if O'Connor retires, is so huge.

3. Kennedy came down pro-choice in Casey
So it is unlikely he would join with the three nuts in favor of tossing Roe. However, he is generally extremely conservative.
