Actualy, I suspected something like this for some time. The admin has had months to prepare for this report. And sun of a gun if their arn't large trackes redacted.

i, among many others predicted whitewash. redacting is bad. there is far too much secrecy in govt in general and it only goes to show they do have something to hide. people have to get over their knee-jerk acceptance of routine secrecy in govt.
