Another viewpoint on the photo release today.

Personally, I think it's good for those supporting this war, who may shy away from viewing photos of dead peeple, to see first hand the faces of death.

Hundreds of American soldiers dead.

Thousands of Iraqis dead.

Children killed, maimed.

War is ugly. Those who praise this war as necessary should stare death in the face and reevaluate the timing and reasons for this war.

people should be forced to confront the consequences of their actions (or inaction).

maybe at least some of the folks back home wouldn't be so gung-ho for war if they had to see how ugly it can get, upclose and personal.

3. It's especially sad to me...

that the military continues to lie to our soldiers in IRaq to motivate them telling it's all about terrorism and 9/11 when Iraq has NOTHING to do with 9/11 or the terrorism threatening the US.

Every dead person has a family and friends and people that will miss them.
