U.S. Soldiers deployed by foreign intelligence

I cannot believe that Dems are ignoring this.  If * & co.
are to be believed, it's ok to send American soldiers into
combat on the basis of a foreign power's intelligence, whether
or not our own intelligence confirms it.

Whose army are these soldiers serving in?

If Sri Lanka intelligences "learned" that Canada
possessed WMD, must U.S. military invade Canada?  If Solomon
Islands intelligence "learned" that Argentina had
"yellow cake", must we invade Argentina?

If U.S. intelligence is so negligible, why are we spending so
much money on it?  Why not just trust the British, or whoever
else wants us to invade the nation du jour?

1. We've shared intelligence with NATO countries for years.

We make judgments on the reliability of intell from other countries based on past experience and we've done well with stuff from the Brits in the past. But then we got burned by the Germans with the bogus "Operation Horseshoe" report during Kosova. It's not an exact science--that's why the judgment and character of the guy at the top is so important!
