So this is the great Bush offensive?
Edited on Tue Jul-22-03 07:41 PM by TruthIsAll
I will a little think.

The welcome hype for Jessica Lynch? I thought she had amnesia?

And two Iraqis dead? So, they were Saddam's boys. Does that mean we are now winning in the quagmire? And that we'll now win the hearts and minds of those who hate us - for good reason, after the deaths of hundreds of thousands since the phone Gulf War?. Even if it costs $4 billion a month. That, friends, would pay the health coverage for the 40 million who don't have it..

And the WH blows the cover of a CIA operative who just happened to be the wife of whistleblower Jospeh Wilson? Hey, that's treason. CIA hated Bush BEFORE this travesty. And now?

And the "suiciding" of David Kelly? Is this meant as a warning to anyone who would reveal the "dark actors" in this ongoing, real drama of totalitarianism versus democracy?

And Condi taking the fall for Bush? Do they think this will cut it? And that we will just move on?

So this is their vaunted offensive? It's a joke. And quite offensive.

And FruitcakeGate? DeLay thought he could intimidate House Dems? Was this a test of our resolve to fight off impending fascism?

1. Saddam's sons
this really doesn't seem that important
the administration may score a few points, but there are too many bigger issues on the screen right now
if fact it's very ambiguous what the death of these men, if indeed true, really means

2. It's all Sean Hannity can talk about
And he goes on & on about Democrats not congratulating * and how this will hurt them and aren't they sorry. *barf*

I guess these 2 dead boys somehow negate all the lying.

I have a "special" feeling for that @ss

3. *'s Big Day: Saddam's sons dead, Pfc. Lynch comes home, Dow up 62
And Joe Sixpack says, "Say, that there Eye-rack thang's goin' purty well!"

But Joe's getting laid off soon, and his tax cut doesn't amount to a row of rat poop in a high wind...it's slowly sinking into Joe's pithecanthropoid skull that maybe, just maybe, his AWOL Rethug pResident isn't quite what Faux News keeps cracking him up to be.

By the end of the week -- and very sadly, after another 3-4 GIs die in Iraq -- *'s big offensive will sputter.

4. He also threatened a veto today
on tightening FCC regs, is pushing the judge wars again, and started another campaign against forests.
