Tina Brown---CNBC Carville, MacCauliffe, Sally Quinn----Terry just
predicted that Dems will have a nominee by March 10. Also said that Dems "won't go dark"....said in 2000, Gore campaign went "dark" for 92 days following primary win.....Brown wondered if it was because of the Clinton thing.

Quinn said Dean is very clear and that is what people are responding to...(she also said Bush is "clear")

Terry says Dems won't let GOP use the code words to try to define Dems.

Carville debunking the "spin" about Dems not defined, can't win.....as it evolves, it gets better.

Quinn said Dems don't have a plan about Iraq and that's a problem.

Carville says we're just gonna get out of Iraq, but Terry doesn't think so because of the oil, Halliburton. Quinn agrees with Carville, that they will get out...they'll pass some governance to the Iraqis, etc.

2. Sally Quinn? The hostess?
The one who blew her way into the WaPo and then the heart of ol' (married) Ben Bradlee? The one who was annoyed that the Clintons didn't fit in to the "Inside the Sacred Beltway" mold? Who cares what that ho' bag thinks?

3. Same Sally Quinn...however, I thought her comment about Dean
was very accurate. He does come across as direct and clear and straight talking....which, a lot of people see in Bush (not me!)

Quinn has connections and is not rabid, so I don't mind listening to her and sometimes I think she's got some useful comments. I mean, she's not an official GOP spinmeister. I think she's more of a doyen-gossip....with an appropriate grain of salt, she can be interesting to listen to.

4. What you said may be true, but she's a hypocrite.
I guess lots of people are anymore. For someone who blew her way to the top (and with someone else's husband,no less!) to turn around and get all huffy about morality takes a lot of chutzpuh. She's a ho' in most every sense of the word.
