Sign petition to pass Wellstone Mental Health Equitable Treatment Act
John Kerry:

"One year ago this week we lost a great champion for mental health and so many important issues: Senator Paul Wellstone. There is no better way to honor his memory than to pass the Senator Paul Wellstone Mental Health Equitable Treatment to Act of 2003."
