Dems get some media nut spewing some holier than thou guilt trip telling us how BAD the Dems are for stooping to such a level when Republicans are doing it almost everyday.

Whats equally interesting, when we run "trash" ads, atleast the information is valid and true, Republicans run trash and most of the time its either an out and out lie, or grossly misinterpreted or overblown, and they have the money and the media to play it over and over and over again.

Its not trash to fight back and its certainly not unfair, in fact its necessary if Dems are going to survive. The high road is cowardice in disguise. Im not saying we have to be Attila the Hun, and they have that down. What we do have to do is stand up and tell the truth.

And we as citizens must know information especially if its something that would affect the candidacy overall. Oral sex - next. Fraud - YES. That I would like to know. That could definitely affect our country.

It seems more than evident the media refused to inform California of more of the Enron situation than has yet to make it to mainstream media. And yet they arent held accountable for this suppression of truth, or information at the very least.

One) attacking over someones stances on a political issue is ALWAYS legitimate. Attacking over personal stuff is more dubious. If the repukes start it, it becomes fair game, but if not, I don't want it. I do mind when dems start it because these kind of campaigns are absolutely insulting to me as a voter. I want to hear about political issues that concern me, not personal shit.
