Question on domestic spying. Could the BFEE be listening in on the Dem's?

Hi all, I've been on holiday and am not sure if this has been addressed here. If so, sorry but if the Bush Crime Family is coming up with excuse after excuse for spying on "terrorists" what makes one think that they aren't spying on the opposition? It's Watergate without physically breaking into offices. I'm not the only one thinking this am I?

If they were spying on members of the UN, they were likely spying on everyone they considered a problem or a rival.

3. It's seems to me to be the obvious reason they didn't get a warrant.

The BFEE doesn't distinguish between real enemies and political enemies.

I absolutely believe that is why they went around the court. They were in "detect" mode, so they were listening in on anyone that was a political enemy in hopes of catching them saying something threatening as well as to learn their strategy.

The only reason the Imperial Chimptard would bypass a court that approved 99.9% of the surveillance requests it ruled on is because what he wanted to do was spy on dissenters, political opponents and ordinary citizens - which NO court would approve. He was not trying to spy on "terrists" - the only motivation was getting the goods on people who disagree with the Madness that is King George.

8. In Jan. of 04 the Republican were caught red handed ....

..... after hacking into the Senate Dems Computer Files.
It was done out of Frist's or Hatch's office ..... the person responsible
was "fired" and went to work on K street for a repug front company.
He is now back working in the Capital.

The repugs excuse .... it was too easy so their was no crime there. The dems in the
senate did nothing. "These people" are not republicans of Eisenhower, Percy, Pete McClosky, or
