Double Rebuke for Bush as Judges Attack Terror Moves...
'President George Bush faced a rare challenge from the judiciary yesterday when two courts questioned the legality of his expansion of presidential powers in the war on terror.
In a startling rebuke, a federal appeals court refused to allow the transfer of a terror suspect, Jose Padilla, from military to civilian custody and strongly suggested that the Bush administration was trying to manipulate the judicial system.'

"trying to manipulate the judicial system", what a hoot!! the bush admin has no respect for the american system of government in the aggregate, or it's checks & balances for that matter

2. my thought is that this bfee group is comprised of they who've...
conceptualized the electoral college itself (lifting 'the vote' from 'the will' of the people); they are in no sense prone to democracy whatsoever, they are monarchists and consider themselves; but more importantly their holdings, as the justification for their american oligarchy

3. Aquisitors turned to covetors of all things materialistic & retaining the
stuff requires power and death and enslavement of some sort or another.
