To be disapointed.

I was taught not only that the Constitution counted, but that nothing counted more. I was taught that in matters of such great national importance the appearance of an offense having been committed was as serious as if the offense had been committed. The national honor demanded that in matters of our rights the highest standard was the only acceptable standard.
