Bush & Republicans in deep shit !! So blame it on the "Liberal Media"
Edited on Fri Dec-23-05 04:10 PM by Zinfandel
That's the republicans plan for 2006... Blame ALL their lies, corruption & problems on the "liberal Media" Their old stand by, works every time --- As always, the republicans never address the truth, they just blame the messengers!

Television messengers like, ABC- for instance, owned by conservative Disney, Disney, who is in the top ten of ALL donors to the republican party...as is corporate media giant Time-Warner, also in the republican Top Ten of donors. Time-Warner owns CNN & CNN Headline News. Then there's CBS- owned by very conservative Viacom and NBC CNBC & MSNBC- all owned by General Electric, one of the companies making huge profits from the selling of their weapons in war. How about the Christian Broadcast Network- (CBN) owned by ultra conservative nut-case Pat Robertson... and finally there's Fox "News"- enough said....That's it for televisions so called "Liberal Media"! Where are they?

Radio Messengers like, the pigman Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reilly, Savage, Reagan, etc... on and on and on they broadcast coast to coast, border to border 600 channels, 24/7 pounding away the fascist republican message on right-wing owned conglomerates corporations like Clear Channel...Is this the "Liberal Media"?

Surely not print messengers like, The New York Times hiding Bush's criminal spying on American Citizen story or Judith Miller lying for years hiding the treason of the Bush administration...Maybe the Bob Woodward Washington Post, or the Rev. Moon's Washington Times or the conservative Wall Street Journal? Is it the right-wing conglomerates who own 90% of all the dailies in this country, that get most of their news from the the right-wing own AP? Is this the "Liberal Media" they are speaking of?

If anyone disagrees or even bring up FACTS, about Bush & the republicans, they are labeled "the Liberal Media". It's gotten these same fascist where they are today, and now they plan to use it and pound it out, using the same old lies about the "Liberal Media" with new bullshit stories, produced (by them), to amplify their lies...NEVER answering the charges...just smearing and blaming the messengers!!!!

1. I really don't think it's going to work.
It's a desperation tactic. Democrats just have to calmly explain that the facts speak for themselves.

4. They are probably hoping for
another Runaway Bride. (Bleeecchh! Now there's a reminder of the depths the American news media had fallen to)I think after covering the tsunami, Iraq, and Katrina some reporters have sworn off those fluff pieces that clog the airways and lead to brain death.

3. They think that everything's totally made up by the liberal media.
I've heard several diehard Repubs say that.

:silly:

6. Ask them what "liberal media"?
Try giving them the facts of who really owns what...Not that they'll listen...They go from Limbaugh in the day, then to Fox "news' at night and believe they received all the facts...told that everything is made up by the liberal media.

7. If they are donors then ... what?
"Disney, who is in the top ten of ALL donors to the republican party...as is corporate media giant Time-Warner, also in the republican Top Ten of donors."

Suppose a person paid protection money to John Gotti. Can you conclude that the person must have subscribed to the same religious or political philosophy as John Gotti?

8. Oh, please!
Considering that Republican government control has augmented, through tax breaks and the virtual elimination of any real regulation, all these megalithic corporations' bottom lines, seeing them as victims of extortion is quite a stretch.

10. Insurance.
But generally, the majority of big corporate money goes to the Repugs.

11. You are using what meaning of the word "insurance"?
Edited on Fri Dec-23-05 09:15 PM by Boojatta
Are political parties actually competing with regular insurance companies? What kind of premiums do they require? Have there been any court cases between plaintiffs who were denied insurance benefits and political parties that claimed that the plaintiffs weren't entitled to those benefits?
