The US doesn't stand a chance of keeping Iraq out of the hands of Iran.
Washington is apparently encouraging the idea of a government of national unity (called for earlier this week by Jalal Talabani) as a way of reining in the Shiite fundamentalist parties, who may well be able to form a government in their own right with the help of a few small parties. Washington fears that they are too close to Iran, and also that for them to present the Sunni Arabs with a tyranny of the Shiite majority will deepen and prolong the guerrilla war.

1. there was only one way to do it
and that was NOT to invade Iraq, but PNAC and the frickn' morans and run our government will have eventually created a Fundamentalist Shiite country aligned with Iran

Good job boys!!!

Instead of focusing on al queada you invaded a country that had NOTHING to do with 9/11

killed over 2100 Americans
wounded over 15000 Americans
killed over 100000 Iraqiis

and most important disrupted the balance in the middle east

for that alone you should be impeached

2. Perhaps that is why the Iranian PM has been baiting jews for the last
two months. So the elections would go his way in Iraq and people would vote geo-politics in the middle east rather than for the secular vision.
