"Ah'm a republican, and I am proud of President Bush"
It's ok if he needs to wiretap, because we need to fight 'em there instead of here..and we have to stand up for right..

Washington Journal has such interesting republican callers :puke:

2. They are particularly rabid this morning.
What a craven bunch of fools. When we get to 2008, these assholes are going to beg him to be president for life.

9. I heard them a few mornings back and they
made me ill.

I got to thinking, though, you reckon they could GOP operatives posing as average callers. I mean, this, "I'd gladly give up my civil liberties to be protected," is a little over the top for me. I suspect that there might be a coordinated effort to flood the phones with these so-called "average Joes" to spout the party line.

11. i think rush and his clones tell them the answers to every issue,
repeatedly. then, when they hear the issue on Washington Journal they kick in the phone trees and get to work.
It's usually older folks, enjoying the Democratic Social Security check they get.....
When will they start thanking the progressives of the early 20th C.

3. wire tapping didn't prevent 9/11 and wont prevent the next attack
why? because the "terrorists" are just part of their (the global elite, not just bush or the republican party **cough cough dems**) they are the protagonist to make stupid fucking sheep like you capitulant to their police state, so dance along like a good puppet on a string hope you are the first one they slaughter.

5. these are the sorts of people who would give away loads of their
money to the snake oil, big tent so called "preachers"/"faith Healer" types in megachurches or on TV (so that the practitioners can feed their ego and become super wealthy) - easily fooled. These are those who worship the false prophets. hell is going to be a crowded place, but at least they will have their misleader down there with them.

She was asked if it would be OK if Bush listened to her phone calls. "Fine by me" she said, "whatever it takes". :silly:

10. It's shocking to hear obviously old women....
Grandmothers who talk about Jesus alot, saying things like "take the libruls out an' shoot em'. Some of them start out sounding really sweet, but as they go along, they rile themselves up and end up sounding like out of control lunatics.

14. They ARE lunatics.
WJ seems to attract them. It sounds so stereotypical and crazy that at times it's hard to believe it's real.
