Ha! Charles Barkley just now on TNT: "I like to piss the Republicans off"

TNT is about to show an NBA game. Sir Charles wished someone "Happy Holidays" after an interview, and the other talking heads started to say something like, "Yeah, uh, all of them."

Barkley smiles, turns to the camera and says, "I just like to piss the Republicans off." There was this moment of stunned silence. Charles just kept smiling.

Priceless.

8. Rasheed is my favorite baller of all time

Some people hated him for his tantrums while he was in PDX, including the refs.

I thought his outbursts showed a strong desire for justice and a deep passion for the game, if not for the NBA. Plus, he was usually the most talented player on the court.

The day Rasheed went to Detroit I became a Pistons fan by default, cos mostly I'm a Rasheed Wallace fan.
