is that the debate is not whether or not we would give up our liberty to allow Bush to protect us....Bush already has that ability through FISA and can eavesdrop on our phone calls without getting a warrant but has 72 hours to go to the court to get one. So this debate is not about our liberty and Bush's ability to protect us. It is about Bush breaking the law and putting this country into a constitutional crisis.
