morning, but he didn't seem to emphisize the Carter and Clinton defense.

Toensing was awful if you haven't heard. Repeated nonsense and made no case at all except to pretend that because she was an expert on the fourth amendment that we should believe her when she says that modern technology exceeds the written law,therefore it is OK to ignore the law and it's all the fault of Congress because they haven't kept pace with technology. That is their loophole.

THis is the same witch who said the Plame was not undercover for weeks on end.

I kinda apologize for calling her a witch, but she went over the line on her last full of crap defense of the WHY that I witnessed, therefore, I can go over the line.
