I just picked up the "Pitt package" for my WBAI donation!

Since Will's rousing speech was played on Democracy Now! this morning as a part of their pledge drive, I decided to make my quarterly donation today. And I got my "Pitt package" of a tape of Will's full speech along with a copy of his book for my $150 donation!

Talk about a double-plus-good activity! Not only helping to support my favorite community-sponsored, commercial-free radio station, but getting some of the work put out from our own WRP in the process!

BTW -- that was a great speech. As someone who met you when you were a regular Joe just like the rest of us, you were good back then, but you are REALLY developing your voice right now.

7. I donate what I can at the time

In some quarters it's been as much as $225, in others as low as $50.

Right now, with numerous other donations and the holidays coming up, $150 was a bit steep for me -- but I couldn't resist the "Pitt package".

Everyone should call up so they can grab their own "Pitt package"!

(This sounds like the old SNL skit with Alec Baldwin on NPR where they're talking about Pete Schweddy's balls).

Last time, back in February, I dropped $200 to get the 2-tape set of the February 15 antiwar demonstration in New York.

2. A tape copy of his entire speech for the KPFT fundraiser

And, if you donate $200 instead of $150, you can get the "war criminals" deck of cards, detailing members of the business community and current Administration involved in war profiteering and lying to the public.
