supposed to be a deadline of Dec 16 of when the government could appeal, they must have tried to block the release again.

I think there was a deadline of an appeal of an extension of a national security concern of a motion.

Hell will freeze over before America gets the truth. In the meanwhile, we know that bush lied for war, justified torture and spied on free citizens, and has suffered no consequences.
