"The only terrorist in this world that I know of is Bush."
Bolivia's Morales brands Bush a "terrorist"
Tue Dec 20, 2005 8:51 PM GMT

Bolivia's Morales challenges U.S.

DUBAI (Reuters) - Evo Morales, the winner of Bolivia's presidential election, branded U.S. President George W. Bush a "terrorist", in an interview with Arabic satellite television on Tuesday.

"The only terrorist in this world that I know of is Bush. His military intervention, such as the one in Iraq, that is state terrorism," he told Al Jazeera television.

The leftist won slightly more than half the votes cast in Bolivia's election on Sunday and is set to become the country's first indigenous president.

"There is a difference between people fighting for a cause and what terrorists do," he said in comments, which were translated into Arabic.

1. As much as I like to bash Bush,
this guy is more than a little over the top. He wants to reinstate the cocaine trade big time in Bolivia. And I guess I would personally have listed Bin Laden and Zarqawi on a short list of terrorists.

He's trying to do a Hugo Chavez. I say to Morales, you are no Hugo Chavez.

4. I know about that - I live in an area where the kids have
the income to pay for starting the habit here - so we have a huge heroin supply here and lots of kids dying and in rehab or somewhere in between.

3. That's the worst feeling isn't it-when bad guys are RIGHT
I cringe everytime I hear people like Fidel or Morales speak the TRUTH on *.

How sad is it we've become a country where when bad people bash OUR policies and I refer to them as our policies because the majority of Americans stand complacent with them, and well the sad fact of the matter is they have a point and we just have to suck it up.

5. That's not what I was saying...
I haven't heard him say any truth about Bush yet - other than he is a terrorist. His other opinions are weak shadows of what Hugo and Fidel have said prior. He is a wannabe in the game - if he gets his oil fields up and running before we figure out an alternative way to fuel, he will be. I don't think he is as smart as the others.
