Would Clark run the country like his campaign?
Edited on Tue Oct-21-03 05:22 AM by imhotep
you the grassroots supporters and draft clark workers mean absolutely nothing, so how could the average working class person be treated any differently? He definitely is running a new American style campaign: not even ashamed of letting the handlers tell him what he believes. Mary, help!

1. The important thing to remember is that he is not George W. Bush
That sounds a lot like something I would expect to hear from a bunch of media whores on a Sunday morning talk show. The media will actually latch on to this idea that because a campaign cannot pull off a quality buffet for reporters that that is somehow indicative of the candidate's ability to run the country. And if you think Wesley Clark would treat ordinary Americans no differently than George W. Bush then there is really nothing left I have to say.

3. Not only flame bait
but inflammatory too because the whole premise in the first sentence is wrong. There is no opinion in this post. THere is nothing to back it up.
How about I post something like this: Kucinich has big ears and looks like Dumbo. That would be about as productive as this post.

However: fyi

8. My point is that Clark does have grassroots support
and as a matter of fact so do all the Dems. But no, that's not good enough for you Dean people. This thread is about Clark and how the campaign is run, not about Dean.

Clark is going through some rough spots for sure, and certainly here on DU he has a lot of enemies, but in the big picture it really doesn't mean much.

Dean has more meetup people. Dean is doing really well. Does that make you happy?

I'm still supporting Clark. I like Kerry and Edwards too.

7. Would Dean run the country like his campaign?
That's the line I hear from some Dean supporters... elect Dean and we'll have a people-powered administration. If anyone can offer concrete proof that this will happen, I'd be interested.

Anyway, your post is a bunch of rabbit poop.
