They've run the clip repeatedly on Cabal News; he's trying to make his same 'ol point regarding the attack on WTC, and why he needs to ignore the constitution because of it, when he stumbles off with "Saddam...er, Bin Laden..." He's probably having a tough time keeping his boogeymen straight these days! They're always swimming in his head full of gin.
