OK, it's Jan. 2007...
OK, it's Jan. 2007. The Dems have taken control of Congress. And the Senate has voted to remove GW Bush and Dick Cheney from office. This makes newly elected Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi next in line to be sworn in as president.

Bush will:

1) Take his medicine like a man.

2) Find a way for the Supreme Court to bail him out.

3) Take whatever action is whatever is necessary, including the use of force, to remain in power.

1. The military won't follow him that far....
They only follow him now because they HAVE to.

I'm sure they are as tired of the little corporal as the rest of us.

2. Guess Who?
:hi:

I thought you were too busy for this!

Anyway, Dubya will just hire a really good lawyer to get him out of that mess (or have Daddy & Friends bail him out).

3. Reality Check
We will not have the votes to remove him. If we take back the House we can Impeach him,and Cheney but at best we can hope for about 51 seats If we take the majority. I can't see Republican Senators
voting to remove Bush.

4. Actually...
I think they will remove him BEFORE November because they don't want to have to carry that kind of weight into the election and they are tired of covering for him.

5. But what about...
...what about the devastating terrorist attack on ________ that happened, let's say, in some month that would sound good spoken in the same breath as "September 11"? Those people probably would think that it's justified to invite an attack, since the American people are losing their Crusader spirit. We will unite in shock and grief, and everything bad will be good again!

6. 2. supreme court - and they won't bail him out.
He won't be able to take action against the citizenry. Even some freeps are angry about the wiretapping.

8. Good luck getting 2/3rds majority for removal.
We would only have a slim margin at best after 2006 and if you think the remaining Republicans would vote for removal having just lost the House, Senate and now would loose the Presidency to the Democrats your crazy.
