"breathtaking inanity" ~ Judge Expels Intelligent Design...
'In a remarkably stinging decision, a federal judge ruled Tuesday that intelligent design is not science but religion in disguise, and he barred a Pennsylvania public school district from teaching the concept to high school biology students.'

3. "Appropriately stinging" is what it was
evolution has quite fittingly provided us with people of intelligence, who at times find their way into public service.

4. Oh NO!
Now he's going to be impeached for allowing his "vicious hatred and bias against God and people of faith" color decisions in his courtroom. He'll be skinned alive, that is if the stoning doesn't cause him to stroke out first.

9. Once they have lost the case and it won't be appealed...
they admit they were lying all along and really were pushing religion:

"I'm still waiting for a judge or anyone to show me anywhere in the Constitution where there's a separation of church and state," he said. "We didn't lose; we were robbed."

11. yup, you'd have to straight up be a fool, a jackass, or both...
to think otherwise; why do they feel their god so unattractive to exist in the light of day  is it not said jesus was god's first creation? did jesus not say, "i am the light of the world"? does not 'the light' illuminate all human understanding? all of it? then, why are they so afraid? do they have no faith if their god as a bringer of 'light' to this world?
