1. the sheer incompetence of this structure is breathtaking
... and only a nitwit would have created it. basically bush* created a little "think tank" packed with ideologues and dilettantes, to replace the more objective advice available from the intelligence professionals.

that means Cheney in office, and a likely pardon of Dubya.

We want Dubya to fail being elected in 2004 -- and also to fail being appointed president after failing in the election.
