12. The fact that Levin wouldn't admit to Russert that this was indeed a
Constitutional Crisis was also disturbing. What the heck do the Bushistas have on our Dem Senators???

We have a PRESIDENTIAL crisis, not a constitutional one. The constitution is quite clear, the PRESIDENT is the problem.

I think he has no business being in the Senate.

On edit.... he almost stammered when Russert asked him if this was a Constitutional Crisis, which it is. * not only broke a very specific law, he violated the Constitution.
