Condie is breathlessly spinning as fast as she can.

Sorry but it doesn't make it any less illegal
and the President commited a crime.
(and the constitution does not give him power
to make up his own super-secret set of laws).

The president needs to go to jail.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Patriot Act have a provision that allows for secret warrants?

Amazing how Condi danced all around Russert's questions about what authority permits this warrantless spying activity.
