I have not seen anyone critical of her as a person. Many many are critical because she is entering the race against another candidate who did well last time.

Just because she is a vet. This Week interviewed Cegelis, but I gather they did not air that clip.

Duckworth will win, the two years of Cegelis campaigning will count for naught....and the grassroots is put in their place.

My gripe and that of others is that so many here, surprisingly, do not realize what has happened. The party has again decided the candidate, just as they did before.

It is loss for the grassroots. There are many of us who will continue to support either financially or on the ground, Cegelis's campaign. Maybe she will make a strong showing, most likely she will have to drop out because of no support from the party machinery.

Please quit saying she is being criticized.

I remember reading about her when she was first wounded, after having her Blackhawk hit with an RPG. She sounds like she would be a fantastic addition to the House.
