IMHO, the events of the past few days have boosted my opinon of...
Capitol Hill Blue and the "just a goddammed piece of paper" story.

Sorry if you don't agree, but dammit, it all does fit together.

4. What tickles me is
We're suppose to be excited about the new Iraqi constitution, but * says our is just "a goddammed piece of paper." Whether he said it or not that's exactly the way he's been treating it.

seems like his behavior fits.

His staff was afraid to tell him that New Orleans was drowning -- they had to make a DVD and sneak it in for him to see (probably in place of his favorite cartoon show).
