Need ammo for "discussion" with a bushbot!

Hey all. I _know_ I read an article somewhere (here?) in the past week or two . . . about a teacher and student who were denied access to a bush speech because the student was carrying some Kerry/Edwards sticker or something. . . . The teacher was "teacher of the year" and a veteran maybe? Obviously I can't remember the details, but was saying something to my husband about it today and he said he'd really love to get his hands on the article to send to his bushbot "friend" from highschool. They have an on-going email dicussion and my husband was talking to this guy about how all of bush's audiences are hand-picked and the response involved something about "leaning further to the left" and "defeat and retreat." Typical repug spoon-fed talking points. . . .

Anyway. Knew someone here would remember what I'm not remembering! Let me know if you know the story I mean. . . .

My husband has trouble even talking to this guy. All he gets back is "why do you hate America" and "cut and run" and blah blah blah. . . .

There's no way we'll ever convince this guy of anything but we enjoy bombarding him with actual facts!

said tonite that, along with carl cameron (?) that it was the first time Bush has taken "unscripted questions" from the audience when giving a speech on iraq.
