CNN's headline RE: Williams

As of 3:48 ET, the headline on the front page of the website reads: "Clemency bid denied for gang killer." Me, I would have thought that they could go with all caps for a headline, but what do I know?

Click on the story, and you get to the next page, where the headline is "Governor denies clemency for ex-gang leader " Note the difference in tone? "If it bleeds, it leads" once again.

Disclaimer: I have concluded that capital punishment is morally indistinguishable from murder, so my view on this case may be out of the mainstream.

2. You have to love their headline, when you take into account

that the crimes he's convicted of were not gang related and his gang affiliations weren't even brought up at trial.

Just proves my point that most of the folks screaming for his head don't care about the crimes he's convicted of, but are more interested in his gang affiliation.
