You need to have it in a place "reachable" by DU. For instance, the server space your ISP provided you.

And you don't want your HD reachable by anyone on the internet.

4. First you have to upload the picture.

Most ISPs offer space on their servers for their customers. That is what I use.

There are also free hosting services you can use. A Google Search will give you several options, as will others who reply here.

After the image is on the web, it will have an "address." Right click the image and save that URL to the "clipboard." Then use the correct code for this site and paste that URL.

The HTML for web pages is <img src="URLofImage">
