Republican definition of compromise
Do it our way and we might say something nice about you.

Is that the DLC definition as well?

1. You're close--I think it's "Do it our way, and we'll still screw
you over!"

2. The DLC absolute craves having nice things said about them by Republicans
and they really don't give a shit what "normal" people have to say.

3. What is the value of compromise
If I am right and the other side is wrong; Compromise just means taking some of their wrongness and mixing it with my right ness. It's like saying "Well I'm healthy, that guy is sick, so let me get some of that guys germs in me so as to be even."

Or at least that is one mentality.

4. Kind of like...
My way or the highway?
America--love it or leave it?
You are either with us or against us?

Sorry--I don't think toddler rules apply when speaking of a nation. If we didn't need more than one opinion or input, why bother electing Senators and Representatives?

6. If today's GOP in Congress is the popular cheeleader in high school
then the DLC is the pathetic geek who is just happy that she knows his name...
